• Due to the stressors of the global pandemic caused by COVID-19, we have made the decision to temporarily suspend substance requirements on entries. We're doing this because we understand this is a unique and scary time; everyone is impacted by this in different ways, whether by their health, a family members health, the finanicial ramifications, or the anxiety and depression of all the unknown. This is one little way that we can try and help, by giving people a creative space without pressure.

• All we ask is that you keep your journal updated every three weeks or less. What you update with is of your choosing as long as it is viewable to the friends page.

• Removals and overrides are now only being done on Mondays.
